Digital Surf Releases Mountains 11

France based Digital Surf has recently released the latest version to its Mountains software.
Some of the main improvements/additions that Digital Surf announced were new tools for 2D image analysis of SEM images, and new tools for SPM instruments, such as nano-IR, TERS and SNOM.
