Ted Pella Releases New High Resolution Sputter Coater

Ted Pella Inc. has recently released the new Cressington 208HRD sputter coater, designed specifically for high resolution SEM work.
The system has a turbomolecular pump, thickness monitor and a Rotary-Planetary-Tilting RPT stage to achieve a uniform coating.
Multiple stage, chamber and target material options are available.
