Bruker Acquires Controlling Share of TOFWERK

Maryland Based Bruker corporation has acquired 60% ownership of the Switzerland based company TOFWERK AG, whose primary focus is on time of flight mass spectrometry. TOFWERK also makes FIB-TOF accessories for electron microscopes, and will likely be Bruker's existing line of EM accessories, such as EDS and EBSD.
