Bruker Acquires Nanophoton and Spectral Instruments Imaging

Bruker Corporation has acquired 2 companies recently.

The first is the Tucson, Arizona based Spectral Instruments Imaging which makes imaging systems for preclinical in-vivo applications, such as the SII Lago X.

The other acquisition was the Osaka, Japan based Nanophoton Corporation who produce Raman microscopy systems like the RAMANtouch.
