CRAIC Releases New Film Thickness Mapping Solution

CRAIC Technologies from San Dimas, California, has released a new system designed for mapping film thicknesses over large areas on samples. This new system, called "Film Thickness Mapping Solution" can handle biological, polymer, semiconductor, or other optical coatings, and has the capability to incorporate UV light, visible light, NIR microspectroscopy and Raman techniques.
