Thermo Fisher Releases New Schottky FE-SEM

Thermo Fisher has just released the new Apreo ChemiSEM Schottky SEM.

This new system is an expansion of the original ChemiSEM, which is a tungsten based system.

The main differentiator between this and the regular Apreo is that this system has a fully integrated Thermo Fisher EDS system on it.
