Wabtec Acquires Evident's Inspection Technologies Division

Pennsylvania based Wabtec has recently acquired the Inspection Technologies division of Evident. This division was previously under the Scientific Solutions Division when Evident was still Olympus.
Wabtec is heavily involved in railroad, shipping and mining technologies and plan to use this acquisition to strengthen their position in those sectors.
