Zeiss Releases New FIB for Automated TEM Prep

Germany based Zeiss has released a new version of its Crossbeam 550 dual-beam FIB called the Samplefab. Zeiss claims the system can produce TEM lamella with a >90% success rate when run with full automation.
Aside from the automation improvements, the system is like to be identical to other Crossbeam 500 systems.
