IXRF Releases Atlas Apex, MicroXRF

Austin, Texas based IXRF, Inc. has recently released the Atlas Apex M, and the Atlas Apex X microXRF systems. These systems have quick disconnect X-ray sources and a large sample chambers. M model can map an area 220mm x 200mm, and the X model can handle 400mm x 300mm, and both can handle samples up to 7kg in weight.

The software has workflow guidance and automated diagnostic tools.
