JEOL Releases JCM-7000Plus NeoScope™

Tokyo, Japan based JEOL has released the newest version of their tabletop SEM, the JCM-7000Plus NeoScope™. One of the largest improvements over the previous versions of the instrument is the increase of the maximum accelerating voltage from 15keV to 20keV.
