Semplor Releases Two New Tabletop SEM's

Eindhoven, Netherlands based Semplor has released two new tabletop SEM's.
The first is their existing NANOS tabletop instrument with integrated EBSD capability and eucentric tilt stage.
The other is the ONYX, with a 220 × 220 mm chamber size and <8nm resolution.
