Hebei, China based CIQTEK has released a new 10-megapixel fiber-coupled CMOS camera called the Xingyao (星耀), and will be sold in conjunction with their new TEM offerings. CIQTEK claims the Xingyao is the first domestically developed camera of its type in China. The Xingyao claims 4K x 4K pixel resolution, 9um pixel size, 24fps @ 4K resolution, and 1:1 fiber-optic coupling. CIQTEK claims the system will have a point resolution of 0.25 nm, an information resolution/limit of 0.1 nm, and a STEM resolution of ~0.16 nm (HAADF, ADF, ABF).
