CIQTEK Releases New 120kV Schottky TEM

Hebei, China based CIQTEK has released a 120kV TEM with a Schottky FE source called the TEM-F120. CIQTEK claims the system will achieve 0.2nm information limit and 0.36nm point resolution. The TEMF-120 comes with CIQTEK's own 16MP fiber-coupled CMOS camera, and will have options for STEM, EDS, EELS, Cryo.
