CIQTEK Releases 200kV TEM in China

Hefei, China based CIQTEK has released the TEM-F200, a 200kV TEM. CIQTEK claims the system will have a point resolution of 0.25 nm, an information resolution/limit of 0.1 nm, and a STEM resolution of ~0.16 nm (HAADF, ADF, ABF). CIQTEK also claims the system has "a self-developed high-voltage power supply and optical system". It is also available with CIQTEK's self-developed 16MP CMOS camera which has 4K x 4K imaging and 24fps acquisition. EELS, 4D-STEM and 3D-ED will also be available options, as well as in-situ holders. The instrument is now available for mass-production in China. It is uncertain when it might be available outside of China.
