CIQTEK Releases Ultra High Rez SEM

Hebei, China based CIQTEK has released the SEM5000Ultra, an ultra high resolution Schottky based SEM. CIQTEK claims the system can achieve 0.5nm resolution at 15kV, and 0.8nm at 1kV. The system is also capable of stage biased deceleration, STEM and BSE imaging. The system also comes with CIQTEK's new AI-powered SEM Agent intelligent software
