JEOL Releases New Cryo FIB-SEM

Japan based JEOL has announced the new IB-Z200021CFS and IB-Z200022CPC cryo capable FIB-SEM's.
The systems are designed to prepare frozen biological samples and transfer them into one of JEOL's CRYO ARM 200 or 300II TEM's. The liquid nitrogen cooled sample transfer chamber also has an integrated sputter coating system.
