Hitachi Opens Service Lab in Oregon

Hitachi High-Tech America has opened an analytical laboratory in their Hillsboro, Oregon facility that is open for commercial use. The facility is fully stocked with Hitachi instrumentation, and includes SEM, TEM, FIB, CD-SEM and XPS.
